The metal titans take over the Las Vegas Sphere for the entire month with their Life Burns Faster residency, and this is not your average arena run. The Sphere's 160,000-square-foot wraparound LED screen and spatial audio system turn every Metallica show into a sensory overload. Each weekend features two shows with different setlists following their famous "No Repeat Weekend" tradition. If you want to see what happens when heavy metal meets cutting-edge visual tech, this is it.

The Power Up tour wraps up its massive North American run this month with one final stadium blowout at MetLife in New Jersey. Originally scheduled for late September, this rescheduled show brings Foo Fighters along for a double-header that's basically a rock festival in itself. AC/DC has been delivering the same thunderous energy since the summer, and this closing show promises the full arsenal: cannons, bells, and Angus Young in a schoolboy outfit running across the stage like it's 1979. If you want a proper stadium rock experience, this is the one.

The Foos are closing out the Take Cover tour with a handful of East Coast dates this month. First up is the AC/DC stadium show at MetLife on October 2nd, then they hit the Power to the People Festival in Maryland alongside Bruce Springsteen and Dave Matthews, and finish with a proper headlining arena show at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut. This tour marks the debut of new drummer Ilan Rubin, and the band has been leaning into deep cuts alongside the hits. Expect a mix of classics, newer material, and the kind of high-energy performance that reminds you why Dave Grohl is one of the best front men in rock.

The Neighbourhood's Wourld Tour hits the Pacific Northwest this month in support of their latest album Ultrasound. This is their first arena-scale run, and they're bringing the atmospheric indie rock sound they're known for to bigger rooms. The tour swings through Vancouver, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and LA, hitting venues like Rogers Arena and the Kia Forum. Fans of moody alt-rock with electronic textures should absolutely catch this one.

Spiritbox continues their European run this month with shows across Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, and France. The Canadian progressive metal band has been on fire since their breakthrough album Eternal Blue, blending crushing heaviness with electronic atmospheres and Courtney LaPlante's dynamic vocal range. They're supported by Dying Wish on select dates, making this a proper heavy lineup worth catching if you're in Europe.

All Time Low's Everyone's Talking! tour rolls through the Midwest this month with support from Mayday Parade, The Cab, and The Paradox. The pop-punk veterans are touring behind their tenth album, delivering the catchy hooks and high-energy performances they're known for. The Red Rocks show on October 12th is a standout date, bringing the pop-punk party to one of the country's most iconic outdoor venues.

Staind celebrates 25 years of their landmark album Break The Cycle with a special anniversary tour hitting theaters across the country. The Massachusetts alt-metal band defined the early 2000s rock sound with hits like "It's Been Awhile" and "Fade," and this tour delivers a full album performance plus fan favorites. The Novo show in LA on October 10th is one of the West Coast stops on this nostalgia-heavy run.

Hollywood Undead co-headlines the Taste of Chaos tour with In This Moment, bringing nu-metal energy and theatrical rock to House of Blues Anaheim on October 25th. The LA rap-rock collective has been mixing hip-hop verses with heavy guitar riffs since 2005, and this package tour delivers a solid night of modern hard rock.

Nu-metal pioneers Coal Chamber bring their Halloween show to House of Blues Anaheim on October 31st. The band helped define the late-90s heavy sound alongside Korn and Limp Bizkit, and their live show still delivers the crushing grooves and aggressive energy that made them icons of the genre. Perfect timing for a Halloween rager.
