What data does The Rock Cave store?

When you sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple, we store the following in Firebase Firestore under your unique account ID:

  • Favorites — episodes you've saved as favorites (video ID, title, thumbnail, date saved)
  • Watchlist — episodes added to your Watch Later list
  • Profile — display name, photo, bio, and handle
  • Messages — private conversations
  • Photos — fan photos you've uploaded

Watch history is stored only in your browser's local storage and is never sent to our servers.

Public posts: Forum topics and comments you've made will remain visible to preserve discussion threads, but your name and profile photo will be removed and replaced with "[Deleted User]." Your personal data (profile, messages, photos, email) is permanently deleted.

Option 1 — Delete your data instantly

Sign in below and click Delete My Data to permanently erase all your favorites and watchlist items from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Contact us

If you're unable to sign in or prefer to request deletion by email, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address or username associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
