By accessing or using therockcave.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses any feature of the Site.

2. About The Rock Cave

The Rock Cave is a fan community site dedicated to rock music and the Song of the Day podcast. The Site provides access to episode archives, community discussion (Mosh Pit), fan photo sharing, and personal features such as Favorites and Watchlist. Video content is hosted on YouTube and embedded here; all rights to that content remain with the respective creators and rights holders.

3. User Accounts

Certain features (Favorites, Watchlist, Fan Photos, Mosh Pit, and video likes) require signing in with a Google, Facebook, or Apple account. By signing in you agree that:

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You will keep your sign-in credentials secure and not share access with others.
• The information you provide is accurate and you are at least 13 years of age.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account data at any time from the Data Deletion page.

4. User-Generated Content

The Site allows you to post content including fan photos, Mosh Pit topics and comments, and reactions. By submitting content you:

• Confirm you own or have the right to share the content.
• Grant MDPSync, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Site.
• Agree not to post anything that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or infringing on another's intellectual property.
• Agree not to post spam, advertisements, or off-topic promotional material.

We may remove any content that violates these rules at our sole discretion, without notice. You retain ownership of content you post; we do not claim ownership.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Site without permission.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorised to access.
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, overload, or impair its operation.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with Site features in a way not intended for human use.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

The Rock Cave name, logo, site design, and original written content are owned by MDPSync, LLC. Video content embedded from YouTube belongs to its respective creators and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MDPSync, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
