11 Top Hair Ballads...or are they?

Break out your lighters and dim the lights because here in The Rock Cave we are talking about my top Eleven Hair Band Ballads....or are we?! What is a HBB? The Golden age was 1988-1990. Some bands make the cut, others are on the fence and some do not. Are Guns & Roses a Hair Band?! In the end I even break my own rule, that is the fun part (did you see Ozzy's hair in '91-'92?). SOTD is No. 1 with a bullet Motley Crue "Home Sweet Home" the king of all Hair Ballads. Prove me wrong and tell me what you would have removed/added.
