"How Soon Is Now?" The Smiths

The Cave is rocking this am to a favorite song that has to be turned up because that riff is just so good. This past week in '85 The Smiths released their most popular song "How Soon Is Now?" This song was a dud in here in the U.S. and had already been released in the U.K. as a B-Side so what gives?
