This summer marks the 25th anniversary of Woodstock '99. Paul Chabot was there and like our episode on '94 he is in The Rock Cave to tell us all about it. 250,000 descended on Rome, N.Y. in the scorching heat and like fesivals past, there were challenges around water, food, toilets and bad behavior.
