Ratt Out of the Cellar is 40

40 years ago it was The Year of the Ratt when they L.A. band came out of the cellar and dropped their debut album. Previously called Mickey Ratt, they changed their name to Ratt and got an independent label to release an amazing EP in 1983 that got them sigend to Atlantic Records.
