Ambrosia on Slowdown Sunday

Serving up some Ambrosia salad on Slowdown Sunday here in The Rock Cave. I do love that Yacht Rock and this is perfect. They had their best run from '75-'80 with 5 charting singles. They are described as "Melodic Prog" due to their obsession with King Crimson and subsequent influence. I read they were great musicians who could play anything from hard Prog Rock to the lightest of fare. SOTD is 'How Much I Feel" their hit from 1978.
