A date with The Smithereens (air date 8-4-22)

Thirsty Thursday here in The Rock Cave and we are talking about one of the most underrated bands of all time, The Smithereens. They had a string of hits in the late 80's and early 90's but I say they should have been bigger. I first heard them in 1986 thanks to old reliable, WPLR in New Haven and I never looked back. We got to see them play about 5 years ago which was amazing.
